Moreover, both sides inked agreements worth almost USD 166mn for property sales to investors from the Middle East region last year.
In addition, Middle East investors account for more than 70 percent of total London property sales, while investors from Kuwait topped the GCC list.
Furthermore, London was the most attractive market for Chestertons' Mena investors, with more than USD 72.12mn invested into the UK capital's market.
