Kuwait Amb. hands His Highness Amir's letter to Niger Pres.
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ALGIERS April 3 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Ambassador to Algeria Mohammad Al-Shabo has handed a letter from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to the President of Niger Mahamadou Issoufou.
In the letter His Highness the Amir congratulated Issoufou for his re-election for a second term as President of Niger wishing him the best of luck and success and for the Kuwaiti-Nigerien ties further development Al-Shabo stated to KUNA Sunday.
He also said he handed over the letter as he was representing His Highness the Amir in Issoufou's inauguration ceremony in Niamey Niger yesterday.
Attending such ceremonies reiterates Kuwait's political leadership's keenness in enhancing ties with African countries and highlights Kuwait's status on the African arena said the Kuwaiti diplomat. (end) ft.ma
