Furthermore, the portfolio allocated to the Madinaty project in Cairo, considered the main real estate project carried out by the private sector in Egypt.
However, the firm doesn't have the ability to enhance all the lands it has, as there are violations by others on 3.36 sqm in New Heliopolis City.
The firm made a partnership recently with the Sixth of Oct. for Development and Investment Co. (SODIC) to develop 655 acres in March 2016.
