Palestine lauds Kuwait reconstruction efforts in Gaza Strip

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) GAZA March 31 (KUNA) -- The Palestinian National Authority (PNA) has praised Kuwait's continued support to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people particularly the reconstruction efforts in the Gaza Strip.
In the name of President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah the PNA expresses most gratitude to His Highness the Amir government and people of Kuwait for their generous grant to those affected by the Israeli war on Gaza Minister of Housing and Public Works Mufeed Al-Hasaynah said in a press conference.
Al-Hasaynah also valued the efforts exerted by Marwan Al-Ghanem Arab Regional Director in the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) in light of the grant agreement worth USD 200 million signed between KFAED and the PNA to support reconstruction efforts in Gaza adding that his government will allocate USD 75 million of the Kuwait grant for the Strip residents.
