(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha March 29 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a written message from President of Niger Mahamadou Issoufou dealing with bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them.
