UAE- Ajman Ruler visits scene of Ajman tower fire

ABU DHABI 29th March 2016 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman has toured the fire site which broke out in a tower complex in Ajman's Al Sawan area.

Ruler of Ajman was accompanied by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Chairman of Ajman Municipality and planning Department.

Brigadier Saleh Saeed Al Matrooshi Director-General of Ajman Civil Defence briefed Sheikh Humaid about the firefighting operation and efforts involved in dousing off the fire.

The Ruler hailed the efforts made by H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior for directly supervising and following up the fire extinguishing operation.

Sheikh Humaid expressed his thanks and appreciation to all authorities including civil defence and other security departments from Dubai Sharjah Ajman Umm Al Qaiwain for their participation in the firefighting operation.

H.H. Sheikh Humaid ordered to provide all necessary means of comfort to affected people and accommodate them in Ajman hotels until finding a suitable housing for them.
