Foreign investments to increase Saudi's economy
(MENAFN) The Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) adapted foreign investment regulations, to employ 75 percent of Saudis in these firms.
Moreover, SAGIA aims to approve that foreign investments play an essential role in increasing the national economy.
The regulations specify that the minimum capital must be not less than USD 9.46mn, whereas 10 percent must be managers or experts and 15 percent workers.
In addition, the regulations stipulate that the firm must have inventive activities, a patent for the products and a firm that exports its products.
