Terrence experienced a disastrous event and at this point in time he is going in a dreadful situation. No job bills piling up and no home of his own. Terrence was shot five times on his job while working seven years ago. That time of his life he went without income for a few months. Seven years later he has not come back to the work force. Currently he is on disability. Tee Terrence nickname is in need of housing because of his troubling status. He lives in a apartment somewhere in Detroit wherein the owner is in China. Heat water electricity and gas are included in his rent.
Heat service has been off since 7th of January 2016. Tee doesn’t have running water in his kitchen for at least one month. Terrence needs to clean off his walls every other week because of black mold. Call or ask Mr. Louis Smith a building inspector in the city of Detroit as he can confirm his current living conditions.
Terrence has a credit rating lower than 600. This stops him from applying for a home loan. He fell behind in his credit score after the shooting on the work he once performed. At present he owes 36000 dollars as a federal tax lien which is listed today on his credit report. He also owes 16000 dollars in credit card bills. He also owes 1000 dollars in health expenses. Owning a home is impossible for him due to his existing and current credit. His only hope is you so please help Terrence today.
