Riyadh Jumada II 18 1437 Mar 27 2016 SPA -- The General Directorate of Civil Defense in Riyadh has called for the need to take caution as a result of the vagaries of the weather expected to be witnessed by Riyadh region according to the alerts of the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment.
The spokesman for the Directorate Major Mohammad Al-Hammadi said "An alert received from the Presidency of Meteorology and Environmentabout the weather forecast on affecting Riyadh region with active winds and dust during which horizontal visibility will be reduced to less than 1 kilometer and continue until this evening''.
Al-Hammadi called on citizens and residents to follow safety instructions and take into account the low level of visibility in such weather situations for their own safety especially drivers at open roads.
He stressed that the Directorate raised the readiness of its teams in case of any emergencies wishing safety for all.
