Jordan signs new grant deal with Japan at USD 16mn


(MENAFN) Jordanian Minister of Planning signed with the Japanese Ambassador a new gran agreement with a value of USD 16.4mn, to host Syrian refugees.

Furthermore, the deal was signed to purchase equipment and services for the Ministry of Water and Irrigation to be used for refugee hosting communities.

Additionally, this grant would contribute to increase and help government services in priority sectors for host communities.

Moreover, both sides look to improve collaboration means in a number of fields of mutual interest and at the different political, social and economic levels.
