Turkey on high alert to search for three IS suspects
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ISTANBUL March 20 (KUNA) -- Turkish police announced a state of high alert in search for three suspected members of the so-called Islamic State (IS).
A press statement aired by Anadolu News Agency stated that the intelligence and security agencies are searching for three suspected IS members who plan to carry out terrorist operations in the country.
The statement named the suspects and published copies of their photos as well as some fake documents they use.
The three suspects are Turkish nationals who have received instructions from an IS cell to carry out major assaults in the country it unveiled. (end) ta.ibi
