Flydubai to pay financial allotments to families of deceased passengers


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) DUBAI March 20 (KUNA) -- Flydubai declared on Sunday it was allocating USD 20000 for families of each of the victims of Saturday's plane crash.

The low-cost company said in a terse statement "At present our priority is to identify and contact the families of those lost in the tragic accident and provide immediate support to those affected.

"Flydubai will additionally organise a programme of hardship payments to the families amounting to USD 20000 per passenger in accordance with our conditions of carriage with the aim of addressing immediate financial needs." A passenger plane of the aviation company with 62 people on board crashed in bad weather in southern Russia on Saturday. All passengers perished in the tragic incident. (end) asa.rk
