(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha March 19 (QNA) -HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al -Thani has sent a cable of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation in which HH the Deputy Emir expressed his heartfelt condolences and sympathy on the victims of the Flydubai plane which crashed while landing in the Russian city Rostov-on-Don airport.
