Hyundai logs 6.3pct jump in Brazil's sales over Feb


(MENAFN) Hyundai Motor attained its first sales progress in Brazil in 11 months in last month; in spite the South American country's harsh economic plunge.

The South Korean giant sold 13,922 vehicles in the largest national economy in Latin America through the prior month, up 6.3pct from the same month in 2015.

Accordingly, it is 1st first time since the previous year's March that the major South Korean carmaker has achieved a year-on-year monthly sales growth.

Brazil's whole car sales dropped 20.5 percent to 142,068 units last month and Hyundai rated 4th in the nation's market share after GM, Fiat and Volkswagen.
