UAE- Arab man dies in Sharjah pickup bike collision

A 34-year-old Arab man died on the spot while a 45-year-old Asian received moderate injuries in a road accidentin Sharjahtoday.

A pick up collided witha motorbikeon Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed road -from Dubai towards Sharjah.

The accidentcaused amassive trafficjam and slowed down traffic.

According tothe traffic police the Arab man riding themotorbike crashed into the pickup afterthe driver made a sudden stop in the middle of the road causing the bike to crash due to lack of enough space between the vehicles.

The Arab diedon the spot and his body had beenshifted to Al Kuwaiti hospital while the Asian man who received moderate injuries was rushed to emergency room for treatment.

Traffic police experts havelaunched aninvestigation intothe case.
