With superstars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan flying in to attend the awards show at Dubai Cricket Stadium, Dubai Sports City this Friday, March 18, Bollywood fans are in for a treat.
The official events kicks off tomorrow, March 17, with the 'Gulf Air Gold Carpet' hosted by Manish Paul and Huma Qureshi at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The exclusive event will honour and award the very best for their achievements in Hindi Films in the technical award categories along with an exciting dose of entertainment and fashion. The concert, featuring Bollywood artists, will include performances by Shweta Pandit and Aman Trika, Shalmali Kholgade, Armaan & Amaal Mallik and more. Renowned designers Faraz Manan and Riyaz Gangji will showcase their glamourous wear durng the Fashion Show.
The main awards show will take place on Friday, March 18 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai Sports City where Bollywood artists will be honoured for their contribution to cinema.
Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Karisma Kapoor, hosts Riteish Deshmukh and Parineeti Chopra are expected to grace the red carpet while Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Jaqueline Fernandez will be putting up a power-packed performance for their Dubai fans.
Other Bollywood stars that are expected to attend the TOIFA 2016 in Dubai include Subhash Kapoor, Chunky Pandey, Shashank Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Huma Qureshi, Raveena Tandon, Nushrat Bharucha, Sophie Choudry, Meghna Gulzar and Abbas-Mustan.
