Chester CT -- Spurred by continued growth Catamount Medical Education LLC announces the addition of Susan Denner MD MS as its new Medical Director. As a medical education professional with more than 10 years of industry experience Dr. Denner brings a depth of clinical knowledge and years of medical writing and educational design experience to her role at Catamount.
Dr. Denner began her medical education career as Director Research and Content Development at the Chester Education Group (CEG) focusing on content development associated with certified medical education (CME) activities in a range of therapeutic areas. Following her time at CEG Dr. Denner served as the Medical Director at Infusion an award winning healthcare communications company located in Connecticut. Prior to her career in medical education Dr. Denner was a practicing pediatrician in New Hampshire.
Dr. Denner received her BA in psychology from Clark University Worcester MA and her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her training in pediatrics at the Childrens Hospital of the Kings Daughters Norfolk VA. Dr. Denner also holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Communication from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science at Policy at Tufts University Boston MA. Dr. Denner remains a board certified pediatrician and is certified as a Medical Publication Professional by the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals.
In her role as Medical Director Dr. Denner will provide scientific oversight and will work closely with expert faculty on all aspects of scientific content development associated with educational activities developed at Catamount.
