(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) ZABEEL PARK THEMED garden, Dubai Garden Glow is all set to play host to its first Bollywood shoot. The movie, titled Darmiyaan, starring Indian cinema legend Om Puri along with Tisca Chopra, Feryna Wazheir , Samar Vermani and Ishita Dutta will open later this year.
The movie is set to showcase Dubai as a catalyst of peace and love; a place where different nationalities not only live together but also thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
Zakir Hussain, Director of Icon Art Production, the people behind the movie added: "The star studded movie revolves around relationships beyond the borders of India and Pakistan. It's a drama based in Dubai and explores the bond of friendship between two boys - an Indian and a Pakistani - who are doubles partners in tennis."
Dubai Garden Glow has been popular with celebrities visiting Dubai. Tennis star Simona Halep thoroughly enjoyed her visit while the star cast of Darmiyaan are reported to have had an enjoyable shoot.
