The shareholders discussed a proposal to increase the authorized share capital of the firm by USD 258.91mn to a whole of USD 2.071mn.
Accordingly, the carrier continued to build on its contribution to the nation's GDP despite a downtrend in the infusion of gov't funding into the firm.
Moreover, the gov't contribution was USD 336.57mn to the airline, but it returned USD 1.087mn to the economy.
