Saudi- Aid first vanguards of King Salman Center arrive in Taiz city


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Taiz 04 Jumada II1437 AH 13 March2016 SPA -- The first vanguards of the convoy of medical aid provided by King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid arrived in the city of Taiz after breaking the siege including 4500 cylinders of oxygen to feed the acute shortage at hospitals.
The Adviser at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah said in a statement on this occasion "The first vanguards of the medical convoy consisting of 4500 cylinders of oxygen carried by trucks arrived yesterday in the city of Taiz after breaking the siege. He added that the aid will be distributed during three months in coordination with the Higher Committee for Legitimate Relief of the Yemeni government''.
The arrival of the convoy of aid was welcomed by Taiz citizens thanking the lofty positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
