Qatar- Ministry of Economy recalls 2015 2016 Dodge Ram vehicles

Doha: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce in cooperation with United Cars Almana Company dealer of Dodge cars in Qatar has announced the recall of 2015-2016 models of Dodge Ram vehicles due to a defect in the left rear shaft during the rotation.

The recall comes within the framework of ongoing coordination and follow-up by the ministry to ascertain the extent of car dealerships' commitment to follow up vehicles' defects and repair them to protect consumers' rights.

The ministry stressed that it will coordinate with the dealership to follow up maintenance and repair operations and will communicate with customers to ensure implementation of the procedures to fix defects.

The ministry urged consumers to report any abuses or irregularities by communicating with the Department of Consumer Protection and Commercial Fraud Combat which will receive complaints suggestions and inquiries through its communication channels or through applications of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce on smart phones which allow consumers to contact directly with the Department of Consumer Protection.
