Accordingly, such an entity would also set goals for the contribution of renewable in the Arab energy system.
The energy sector in Egypt is "unsafe" due to fossil fuels comprising almost 95 percent of the sector and introduces 90 percent of energy used to produce elect.
In addition, this turned Egypt into an importer of oil instead of exporting, because of the huge reduction by the elect power plants.
