(MENAFN) Damac Properties, the top real estate development firm started limited release of hotel rooms within its Aykon City scheme to be centrally located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, based on recent reports.
In particular, the product permits investors to basically own a hotel room in Tower B, a 63-storey serviced hotel residences property which will be operated by Damac Maison, the parent company's hospitality division.
Aykon City's project includes Dubai's 1st all-suites, 80-storey Aykon Hotel, a 63-storey Hotel Residences, a 60-storey apartment tower, a 65-storey office tower and two 30-floor ultra-luxury residential towers.
"With the upcoming Expo 2020 and other developments further reinforcing Dubai's position on the world stage, we understand how to appeal to investors with lucrative opportunities," said DAMAC's VP.
