Mr. Dion N. Cominos to Speak at the 2016 CLM Annual Conference

Dion N. Cominos Firmwide Managing Partner Gordon & Rees LLP will speak at the CLM Annual conference which will be held at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek April 6-8.  His session is entitled “Litigation Management - Big Data: Big Breakthrough or Big Brother?”  

Mr. Cominos joined Gordon & Rees in 1987 and has served as its Firmwide Managing Partner since 2006.  During that time the firm has more than doubled in size and revenue and now comprises more than 700 lawyers located throughout 38 national offices. 

Mr. Cominos specializes in defending businesses and individuals in a wide variety of claims involving commercial disputes and professional liability matters. He has extensive arbitration and trial experience in numerous civil and administrative proceedings in federal districts and state counties.  His background also encompasses all forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediations both in the US and abroad where he has served as both a mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Cominos has also acted as a guest lecturer/instructor at Hastings College of the Law.  In addition to being published in a number of legal journals and periodicals he has spoken as a guest panelist at annual meetings of such organizations as the American Bar Association the Association of Defense Counsel the CLM and PLUS.  Mr. Cominos has consistently been recognized as a Super Lawyer® for each and every year of that program’s existence and has also been distinguished as a top-rated lawyer (AV Preeminent) by Martindale-Hubbell.
