Universal Studios Japan, Nintendo unite in USD350m scheme


(MENAFN) Universal Studios and Nintendo, the Japanese multinational consumer software company, revealed the world's first Nintendo-themed park.

Accordingly, Universal Studios Japan will be the park's location, and the first attractions to open will feature the mega-popular game star, Mario.

Moreover, the USD350 million major project will replace an event space currently at Osaka park's entrance, and it's forecasted to launch in 2020.

Nintendo is the world's biggest video game firm by income, and it's known for creating some of the most iconic video game franchises like Mario and Pokemon.
