(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar's Ministry of Economy and Trade Tuesday recalled Skoda Octavia 1.6L year 2015 model cars to fix a fault in the timer control of air intake valve in the exhaust camshaft.
The decision is ensure commitment of car dealers to fix malfunctioning parts and protect the rights of vehicle owners, the ministry said and added it will pursue the issue of repairing, fixing defective parts and car maintenance with the dealers, The ministry has urged consumers to report any defective product or irregularity, and their suggestions to the Department of Consumer Protection through proper channel of forwarding complaints.
