(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Doha Marketing Services Co (Domasco) has delivered 10 Volvo FMX Transit Mixers to Beton, a Qatar-based company.
Beton specialises in the field of ready-mix concrete and caters to major construction projects in Qatar from its four plants located in Al Sadd, Lusail, Al Rayyan and Mesaieed.
With 10 trucks purchased in 2012, Beton now has a fleet of 20 Volvo Transit Mixers. Domasco managing director Faisal Sharif claimed that Volvo Trucks continue to grow while retaining a leading position in the Qatari market.
"Volvo Trucks truly reflects its capabilities in terms of reliability, safety and a very competitive total cost of ownership" he stated.
Domasco's commercial vehicles sales and marketing manager Mohamed Majeed said delivering 10 additional FMX Transit Mixers to Beton proves that Volvo Trucks meet and indeed surpass client expectations on the ground operations.
"The FMX Transit Mixer has the highest ground clearance in its category with a suspension that can handle the extreme surfaces that the construction sites can offer," he added.
