Egypt- Beltone Private Equity completes rebranding to BPE Partners


(MENAFN- Daily News Egypt) Beltone Private Equity, a subsidiary of Beltone Financial, announced Tuesday that it has completed its rebranding to BPE Partners.

"The name BPE Partners is a reaffirmation of our basic investment thesis which remains committed to unlocking value in companies through partnerships that will contribute to the growth of the Egyptian economy," said BPE Partners' co-founder and chairman Hazem Barakat.

"We also aim to create sustainable businesses that not only generate profits but also abide by global environmental, social and governance standards," he added.

BPE Partners affirmed that its structure remains unchanged and all signed agreements or commitments undertaken by Beltone Private Equity or any of its managed investment vehicles remain binding and in full effect.

BPE Partners was founded in 2006, investing in various sectors of the Egyptian economy. Its portfolio includes Total Egypt, Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD), PGESCo, Giza Systems, Cairo Kidney Center, Bio Pharma Egypt, Cairo for Development and Car Manufacturing (CDCM€Peugeot Egypt), Upper Egypt Leasing, Rawaj Auto Loan, Kahromika and Al Ismaelia for Real Estate.
