Turkey's Koc Group bids huge success with new car

(MENAFN) Tofas, a dual venture of Turkey's Koc Holding and Italy's Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), is preparing to sell the Fiat Aegea sedan to the Americas.

The Fiat Aegea, which is produced in the Tofas facility in the province of Bursa, will be shipped out to Mexico in the early stage under the name of Dodge Neon.

Koc Holding was named the best firm in EU in 2015, and its new Fiat Aegea ranked the best car by AUTOBEST, one of the world's most prestigious award rituals.

"We plan to produce more than 1.2 million Fiat Aegea vehicles by 2023, and we want to make over $10 billion worth of exports by that year," said Koc's CEO.
