(MENAFN- Arab Times) The organizing committee of Kuwait Extreme Power Boat Run 2016 concluded the final preparations for this global event, which is scheduled to start next Friday, the committee has established a work plan to ensure the full perfection of the event, for the best reputation of Kuwait, there was a good coordination program with the different concerned agencies of the state.
Tarek Al Kazemi, the president of the organizing committee of Kuwait Extreme Power Boat Run 2016 confirmed that the event is hosted by Kuwait for the second time as the first country in the middle east that hosts such a great event, the event was monopolized mostly in Europe and USA, it is rarely to be organized outside theses boundaries, he assured that the aim of this event is to focus the light on Kuwait and the region in general, as such event has a special focus care and attention of a large number of fans all over the world, it's usually organized to activate tourism in general, also it aims at shedding the light on the power boats industry throughout organizing relative workshops and presentations.
Al Kazemi stated that Extreme was keen on transferring experience to Kuwait in the last year, as it was so successful last year, it's expected to be very successful also this year due to the experience our technical and administrative staff has gained from last year Al Kazemi stated that the number of participants has reached 20 from Kuwait and outside Kuwait, which confirms the expected success of the event, the event will start from Marina up to Al Kout, in both directions, he also invited the Kuwaiti fans to attend to enjoy the event.
Al Kazemi evaluated the support of the sponsors, especially Ministry of Youth, Marina Mall Management, Al Kout Management, Zain Telecommunication, Ministry of Interior, Fire fighting directorate, general security dept. and National Aviation dept, he also thanked Ministry of Information - Kuwait TV for broadcasting the event alive.
