UAE- MoHRE reviews best practices during the Tas'heel annual meeting

DUBAI 7th March 2016 (WAM) -- The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation MoHRE has held its annual meeting with the Tas'heel Service Centre representatives to view best practices applied in service delivery quality and efficiency.

During the forum which was held recently in Dubai attended by 200 participants from different government and private entities Fatima Mulla Deputy Director of Tas'heel said "The Ministry is keen on developing service delivery across Tas'heel service centres as per the directives of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who insisted on assuring quality across all government services parallel to international standards."

She pointed out that based on the directives of Saqr bin Ghobash Saeed Ghobash Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation ongoing support will commence to further the employment of UAE citizens at the centres and develop service delivery in line with the UAE smart government plans.

Salem Balaouhh President of the Global Star Rating System for Services said "The programme contains standards and regulations that aim at enabling all Tas'heel service centres to reach high performance rates according to best practices and achieve great customer feedback."

He stressed that the Global Star Rating System which ranks centres from two-stars to seven-stars was implemented as an assessment tool to regenerate the concept of services provision across government entities in the UAE.

Nasser Al Abdooli Director of Registration Centres Operational Support at the Emirates Identity Authority confirmed the need to strengthen service providing government entities' links with the federal government's strategy which includes specific focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
