ABU DHABI 6th March 2016 (WAM) -- Emirates Data Clearing House has signed a partnership deal with XINTEC to use its new fraud detection software FraudStrike. The partnership will add significant value to EDCH's global customers by providing protection from International Revenue Share Fraud IRSF which last year cost the telecommunications industry over $10.7bn.

Commenting on the partnership Hani Ghibeh of EDCH said "EDCH customers can now benefit from FraudStrike's unique fraud detection software which offers major revenue savings and enhanced protection against unnecessary revenue losses. It is easy and quick to install and provides instant results making it easily accessible for our customers. We look forward to working with the team at XINTEC to deliver this enhanced value added service to our customers over the coming months."

Rob Durran General Manager XINTEC said "We're delighted to partner with EDCH and deliver FraudStrike to the company's extensive network of mobile operators across the globe. Together we can offer them unrivalled protection against IRSF but with none of the cost and resources required by more traditional fraud detection systems."
