UAE- Dewa chief receives Microsoft delegation

Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority or Dewa received a delegation from Microsoft International headed by Toni Townes-Whitley corporate vice-president Worldwide Public Sector Microsoft at Dewa's head office.

The delegation included Sayed Hashish general manager of Public Sector Microsoft Middle East and Africa. Moza Al Akraf Acting CIO of Dewa also attended the meeting.

Al Tayer welcomed the delegation and talked about Dewa's projects and continuous development in providing services. Al Tayer also emphasised Dewa's support of the National Innovation Strategy launched by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai to integrate innovation as a corporate concept to make the UAE one of the most excellent and innovative countries in the world.
