Qatar's Prime Minister Visits Omar al Mukhtar Housing Project in Tunisia

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Tunis March 01 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al -Thani Tuesday paid a visit to the Omar al-Mukhtar housing project in the Sijoumi district Tunis funded by Qatar Friendship Fund (QFF) Upon arrival HE the Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation were welcomed by the Tunisian Minister of Equipment Housing and Territorial Development Mohamed Salah Arfaoui .

During the visit HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister listened to a briefing on the final stages of the project which includes 810 social housing units at a cost of 29 million US Dollars 40 percent in a form of a gift from the QFF and the 60 percent in a form of interest-free loan.(QNA)
