(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Tunis March 01 (QNA) - Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi met here Tuesday with the Secretary-General of the Arab League Dr. Nabil ELaraby who is currently visiting Tunisia.
Their talks during the meeting focused on ways to enhance Arab cooperation.In another meeting Essebsi also met with Helen Clark Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
During the meeting Tunisian President affirmed his country's determination to go ahead in its Democratic process in accordance to a clear national vision despite the economic and social difficulties stressing that the Tunisia is in need to support of the international organizations to meet the challenges it facing .
For her part Clark confirmed the UNDP's readiness to support Tunisia's efforts to overcome the various obstacles and realize its development goals and provide employment opportunities for young people.(QNA)
