Tunisian President meets Qatar s Prime Minister Nabil el Araby

TUNIS 1st March 2016 (WAM)President of Tunisia Beji Caid Essebsi met Tuesday with Prime Minister of Qatar and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani at the Presidential palace.

They discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them.

On the other hand Essebsi also met today the visiting Nabil el-Araby Secretary-General of the League of Arab States to d participate in a number of Arab events.

In his remarks after the meeting El Araby said that the meeting dealt with the current Arab issues and ways to enhance Arab-Arab relations. He also highlighted the Tunisian transitional path based on national consistency.
