Kuwait keen on activating cooperation with S. Korea in health sector
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) SEOUL March 1 (KUNA) -- Kuwait is keen on activating cooperation with South Korea in the health field Kuwait's Ambassador in Seoul Jassem Al-Budaiwi said Tuesday.Al-Budaiwi made the remarks on the sidelines of his meeting with Minister of Health and Welfare in South Korea Chung Chin-youb during the opening of the International Health Service Center in Seoul for international patients to provide health services for them. The diplomat stressed the importance of South Korean President Park Geun-hye's visit to Kuwait last March followed by the visit of Kuwait's Minister of Health Dr Ali Al-Obaidi to South Korea that was aimed to develop bilateral relations and cooperation in the health field.He also praised the level of medical services in South Korea's hospitals including highly-qualified doctors in various fields.For his part Minister of Health and Welfare in South Korea Chung Chin-youb expressed hope that bilateral ties between Kuwait and South Korea be prompted in the health sector.(end) anj.haq
