Al-Hitmi added that the success of Doha in hosting the previous editions of the FIG Challenge Cup enabled us to win rights to host the 2018 FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships.
The 48th edition of the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships is expected to be staged within the Aspire Zone, Doha, between October 17 and 27, 2018.
Al-Hitmi stressed that the QGF is aiming at bringing the vision and mission of the Qatar Olympic Committee into reality.
