UAE- Shurooq meets the leaders of tomorrow at SHCT's Career Fair

SHARJAH 28th February 2016 (WAM) -- The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority Shurooq is set to offer its employment opportunities to all students at the Sharjah Higher Colleges of Technology's SHCT Career Fair taking place on March 2nd 2016.

The annual SHCT Career Fair is organised to provide its students and graduates with the opportunity to meet HR managers from leading organisations around the UAE and takes place at SHCT's premises. Shurooq aims to meet with various potential candidates who are eager to explore and kick-start their careers with the organisation during their post-graduation period.

Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer COO of Shurooq said "We are delighted to meet all the best and brightest students at the SHCT Career Fair which is an ideal platform to exhibit our profile and projects discuss employment opportunities and discover exceptional candidates to join our Shurooq family. Shurooq will be meeting students holding or undergoing a Bachelor's Degree Diploma or Higher Diploma MBA in business engineering communication computer information science and education. The career fair acts as a key opportunity for students as they interact with Sharjah's leading investment authority and acquire additional information on available roles and career plans.

Al Qaseer added "We are very positive about these career fairs as they are full of unique candidates who have potential and are innovative tech-savvy and profoundly engaged with the world. Our primary objective is to empower UAE students graduates and young adults to become successful leaders and represent the UAE on a global scale as it is in line with H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah's "vision of empowering the youth".

The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority is the driving force behind the transformation of Sharjah into an investment tourist and business destination. Shurooq also works dedicatedly to evaluate and follow-up on tourism investment and heritage-related infrastructure projects as well as to contribute to the comprehensive development in the emirate. It provides facilities related to investment activity in collaboration with other bodies and organisations through the setting up of a comprehensive information centre that highlights investment opportunities in the Emirate of Sharjah.
