Qatar- Ministry of Administrative Development Honors 134 Graduates


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha February 24 (QNA) - Under the patronage of HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani the Ministry of Administrative Development Labor and Social Affairs held today a ceremony to honor and graduate 134 graduates who participated in a skills development program for supervisory and high-ranking positions.

At the ceremony that was held at the ministry premises HE the Minister of Administrative Development Labor and Social Affairs Dr. Issa Saad Al-Jafali Al-Nuaimi extended his thanks to HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani for sponsoring the event saying that this reflects the importance attached by the government under the wise leadership of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to build Qatari leaders in a way that promotes the performance of government institutions and achieves Qatar National Vision 2030 which aims at transforming Qatar into an advanced country capable of sustaining its own development and providing for a high standard of living for all of its people for generations to come. Qatar National Vision rests on four pillars: Human Development Social Development Economic Development and Environmental Development he said.

HE Al Nuaimi cited HH the Emir's speech at the opening of the 44st session of the Advisory Council when HH the Emir said: "A citizen has the right to benefit from the wealth of his country. But the citizen must ask himself from time to time what did I give for my country and my community? What are the best ways to be useful? And what can I do to contribute to the national wealth of my country so that future generations can also benefit. This is what we mean when we say that the real wealth of nations is the human resource and the real source of its poverty is also the human resource. Thus countries differ from each other."

HE the Minister said that the Ministry spares no efforts in attaining the Human Development pillar by improving and building a highly qualified workforce in all government bodies and helping them to perform their duties in accordance with the highest international standards in the field of administrative development thanking Doha Institute for Graduate Studies for the effective implementation of the program.

Al the end of the event HE the Minister of Administrative Development Labor and Social Affairs Dr. Issa Saad Al-Jafali Al-Nuaimi honored and distributed certificates to the graduates. (QNA)
