(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense has sent a cable of congratulations to President Toomas Hendrik Ilves of Republic of Estonia on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
