Capstone Infrastructure urges vote for Irving


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors)Glass Lewis and Institutional Shareholder Services two independent proxy advisory firms have recommended that Capstone Infrastructure (TSE:CSE) shareholders vote for Irving Infrastructure a subsidiary of iCON Infrastructure Partners III to acquire all common shares of Capstone and Class B exchangeable units of Capstone's  MPT LTC Holding LP for C$4.90 cash per share or unit as applicable. The acquisition will be completed under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act. Capstone formerly Macquarie Power and Infrastructure Corporation is an open-ended trust that invests in natural gas cogeneration Wind Hydro Biomass and Solar power generation. Capstone shares traded at C$4.82 a gain of 0.4% on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
