Offered by an Indian company Ringing Bells Freedom 251 is a smartphone that has features like Android 5.1 OS a 4-inch qHD IPS display a 3.2-megapixel primary camera and a 0.3-megapixel lens for just Rs251.

Launched on Wednesday the phone has 3G connectivity and a 1.3GHz quad-core processor 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. The mobile supports external memory cards of up to 32GB. Freedom 251 comes with pre-installed apps like Swachh Bharat Women Safety WhatsApp Facebook and Twitter among others.

The weather took an unexpected turn with rain and hailstorm putting in a guest appearance. Residents were shelving plans and trying to avoid road accidents. Temperatures dropped down and we are hoping winter gets an extension!
