More than 105 firms take part in IDF Oman

More than 105 companies including 65 from abroad are participating in the third edition of IDF Oman (Interior Design Decor & Furniture Exhibition) which was inaugurated by H E Ahmed bin Nasser bin Hamad al Mehrzi Minister of Tourism at the Oman International Exhibition Centre on Monday.

Organised by Al Nimr Expo under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing and PublicAuthority for Craft Industries the three-day exhibition is displaying the latest in technology usage of materials and innovative approaches to interior design decor and furniture under one roof.

Mohammed Adil Osman project director Al Nimr Expo said 'Oman's rapid progress in the construction and real estate sector has resulted in the launch of numerous commercial residential and tourism projects thus creating a demand for interior and outdoor design decor & furnishings.'

In its third edition IDF Oman is showcasing accessories and art bathroom building materials carpets commercial interiors and fit outs decor flooring furniture and furnishings interior design kitchen lightings luxury lifestyle outdoor design and build renovation retail fit-out eco building surfaces and finishes textiles besides vaastu and fengshui products.

The exhibition is open from 10am-1pm and 4-9pm.
