(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Gaza February 16 (QNA) - European Union (EU) has demanded Israel Authorities to lift the continued siege on the Gaza Strip EU Head of Cooperation Alessandra Viezzer said.
In the EU-funded 2015 UNRWA Photography Competition and awards ceremony in Gaza Viezzer said that the EU also called for the need to complete reconciliation between Hamas and Fatah.
EU-UNRWA Photography Competition offers Palestine refugees aged 16-29 an opportunity to capture their hopes and dreams in photos and share them with the rest of the world according to United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).
The theme for the 2015 competition 'We Deserve Life' sought to draw attention to the resilience and determination of young Palestine refugees despite the challenging circumstances in which they live characterized by violence forced migration blockade and poverty UNRWA added. (QNA)
