Iran's DM arrives in Moscow for talks on armament issues

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MOSCOW Feb 15 (KUNA) -- Iranian Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan arrived in Moscow on Monday on a visit during which he will hold talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Shoygu on ways to enhance military cooperation between the two sides especially with regard to armament.Interfax quoted sources in the administration of military and technological cooperation as saying that arms control issues will be among the main issues in the Russian-Iranian military talks adding that the issue of providing Iran with weapons will be among the main topics to be discussed. The sources which the agency did not disclose added that the Russian and Iranian sides will discuss issues related to the development of military and technical cooperation between the two countries including the implementation of signed contracts relating to supplying Iran with missile systems (S-300).(end).as.tg
