Qatar- Several Minors Rioters Arrested in Bahrain


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Manama February 14 (QNA) - A number of minors who took part in riots and acts of sabotage in villages and disrupted people’s interests have been arrested Bahrain's Interior Ministry announced.
Bahrain's Interior Ministry Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs Major-General Mohammed Buhammoud said that legal actions were taken against the minors and that their parents have signed written undertakings pledging not to expose their kids from wrongdoing and delinquency Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported Sunday.
In a statement Saturday night he said that the measures which affirm the rule of the law reflect keenness on the future of deluded youngsters and said that their protection represents a collective responsibility.
The Assistant Undersecretary stressed the firm resolve of the security forces to defend the nation protect society and hold accountable masterminds or accomplices who are proven involved in inciting aiding and abetting to commit crimes and reform them to competent authorities for investigation.
