UAE Ambassador meets with Jordanian Official

AMMAN 11th February 2016 (WAM) -- Bilal Rabie Bilal Al Bodour UAE Ambassador to Jordan yesterday met with the UAE-Jordan Parliamentary Committee chaired by Jordanian MP Dr. Hayel Daaja.

The Jordanian official hailed the fraternal historical relations that bind the two countries which was established by King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan and President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan adding that there is a convergence and harmony in the views and stances of UAE and Jordan towards various regional and international issues.

He pointed out to the importance of mutual visits of parliamentarian diplomacy and the Jordanian House of Representatives which leads to increased cooperation between the two countries in various fields. He also hailed the UAE's support for Jordan in various circumstances particularly those of the Syrian refugees.

The UAE Ambassador stressed the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries and the importance of boosting them in all fields.
