UAE- TAHKEEM to participate in the Real Estate Investment Exhibition and Conference 'Acres 2016'

SHARJAH 8th February 2016 (WAM) -- The Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre TAHKEEM is to participate in the Real Estate Investment Exhibition and Conference 'Acres 2016' to be held under the auspices of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah from 10th13th February at Expo Centre Sharjah with wide participation from real estate companies and developers.

TAHKEEM's participation in the conference is part of the centre's efforts to disseminate arbitration culture and promote cooperation with government and private agencies. This will help to provide the services of settlement of commercial disputes in accordance with the highest world standards and will also reinforce the status of Sharjah as a pioneering centre for attracting investments and providing a secure and stable investment environment.

During its participation with an independent pavilion in the conference TAHKEEM will demonstrate the services it provides for both companies and individual investors in the field of commercial arbitration as well as the standards it adopts in the settlement of different disputed issues on the basis of absolute impartiality and transparency.

TAHKEEM will also display its services in the field of commercial arbitration in the real estate sector at a time when the volume of transactions and investments related to real estate construction and operation including sale leasing and assignment operations is witnessing accelerated growth in Sharjah and the UAE as a whole.
