Dubai Emaar Malls revenue jump 23 percent in 2015


(MENAFN) Emaar Malls, the shopping and trade arm owned by Dubai's Emaar Properties giant, proclaimed its annual income at 23 percent to USD 451mn in 2015.

Moreover, net profit reached USD 451mn in 2015, compared to USD 0.37bn the year before, according to the Co. which owns Dubai Mall.

In addition, in Q4 Emaar Malls viewed an increase in net profit by 16 percent on year to USD 119.3mn, while its rental income grew by 11 percent to USD 2.99bn.

Dubai Mall attracted 80mn visitors in the cited year, proclaiming it has cemented its position as "the world's most-visited shopping and leisure destination."
